Master Planning for Camp Facilities: CCG will lead your staff and/or volunteers in a master planning session for your camp facility. We will assist with recommendations for hiring and working with landscape architects, researching and developing state of the art recreation facilities, as well as placement and layout of your program areas.
Long Range Planning and Strategic Planning: CCG will lead your staff and/or volunteers through the process of creating a long range or strategic plan for your camp. We will develop goals objectives and action steps for a plan that best suit your camps needs for the future.
Program Assessments and Evaluations: CCG will lead your staff and/or volunteers through a complete assessment of your camp programming, including facility recommendations, program evaluations, marketing analysis, and a full report will be presented to your camp board or committee.
Program Development and Innovation: CCG will lead your staff and/or volunteers through the process of implementing new program, assessing and improving current programs and developing innovative program trends within your camp program.
Staff Training Planning Session: CCG will lead your staff though a planning session of revamping and improving your camp staff training. We will share proven tips for success that have worked for other camps and help make your camp staff training more exciting, energetic and educational. CCG also has workshops and training session available for your staff training that we are willing and able to lead.
Marketing and Promotional Studies: CCG will do an analysis of your current marketing efforts and develop new and innovative strategies for your camp. We will share different marketing and promotional ideas that have worked for other camps.
Program Evaluation: CCG will assist you in the development of an effective evaluation tool, teach you stratergies on how to use your program evaluations throughout the off-season and enhance your camp each year with evaluation based improvements.
Volunteer Development: CCG will help you develop a comprehensive volunteer program into your camp, both during the camp season and the off-season. Learn how to implement and embrace volunteerism at your camp.
Alumni Development: CCG will assist you in the process of developing an Alumni Association for your camp. We will share the value and power that developing an Alumni Association can bring to your camp.
